I am writing to express my gratitude for the courtesy and efficiency given to me on Monday 2nd March 2009, when repairs were carried out on my Toyota. I would like to thank Ben whose competency and general manner is a credit to your firm. Also I would like to thank Charlie for his kindness and his assistance, and as usual I found your receptionists helpful and obliging.
I have written previously when repairs were carried out on my vehicle to say "thank you" for the courtesy extended to me and for the satisfaction of the completed job. It is so very rare to receive good workmanship and efficiency and felt I had to write again to express my gratification for a job well done and for excellent staff you employ. |
